At Knollwood, we believe every resident deserves to feel cherished, especially on days like Mother’s Day. This year, we rolled out the red carpet for a dazzling “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” Brunch honoring the incredible women in our Memory Care and Supportive Living neighborhoods.
Our elegant ladies dressed in their finest pearls and hats, stepping into a morning of sophistication, joy, and connection. Chef Angela, our talented dietary manager, delighted guests with a gourmet spread that included made-to-order omelets, cinnamon swirl French toast with fresh fruit compote, breakfast potatoes, berry yogurt parfaits, and our signature Strawberry Sunrise Mimosas.
The ambiance was truly magical with black and white linens, Tiffany-blue centerpieces, sparkling touches of elegance, and fresh flowers throughout made it a feast for the senses. The dynamic dining room staff, dressed in their black-and-white, added to the festive flair, providing warm, attentive service.
Victor and Brycen were also dressed for the occasion, graciously escorting the ladies to their tables and presenting each with a rose, a wonderful welcome that set the tone for the day.
The experience was as beautiful as it was heartfelt. Each guest left with a long-stemmed Mother’s Day rose, a small token of the big love we feel for the women who call our community home.
To complete the atmosphere, we welcomed back the always-enchanting Ed Settle, whose live guitar and vocals brought smiles, nostalgia, and sing-alongs to our joyful celebration.
