At Knollwood, we’re always finding joyful ways to connect and engage our residents, and today was no exception! Sandy, our wonderfully creative Activity Assistant, and residents spent the afternoon crafting cheerful hand-held fans. This artistic project wasn’t just about staying cool—it was about expressing individuality, sparking laughter, and enjoying the camaraderie that makes our community so special. With lively conversation and smiling faces all around, the energy in the room was contagious.
To make the moment even more memorable, we turned up the tunes and filled the space with music, setting the perfect mood as we prepare for “Boots on the Ground.” Residents swayed, tapped their feet, and sang along while putting the finishing touches on their fans—each one as unique as the person who made it.
