Purple, green, and gold were in full bloom at Knollwood as residents gathered for one of the most anticipated traditions of the year, the Annual Crowning of the Mardi Gras King and Queen.

We proudly crowned our 2026 royalty: Kenny as King and Theresa as Queen!

Guests enjoyed classic Louisiana favorites including savory shrimp po-boys piled high and hearty jambalaya bursting with bold bayou flavor. Every bite brought a little taste of Mardi Gras magic to the table.

Setting the soundtrack for the afternoon was talented saxophonist Rodney, whose smooth Mardi Gras melodies filled the room with rhythm and soul. From toe-tapping tunes to soulful serenades, his performance kept the celebration lively and the smiles wide.

Congratulations again to our 2026 Mardi Gras King Kenny and Queen Theresa.
