This Labor Day weekend, our residents at Knollwood Retirement Community—nestled in the warmth of Caseyville, IL, just minutes from St. Louis—enjoyed a beautiful day spent outdoors, soaking up sunshine, tending to the garden, and planting vibrant mums in preparation for the fall season.
It’s always good to have family be a part of the excitement—a daughter of one of our residents even brought the mums to start the garden this year. We will continue to plant throughout the month of September, adding even more color and joy to our community spaces.
The tall beautiful pots made it easy for everyone to dig in and nurture both flowers and fresh herbs—providing joy, purpose, and connection to nature.
We hope your Labor Day was equally restorative and joyful—filled with peaceful moments, laughter, and quality time with loved ones.
