Viktor and Brycen were happy to be able to take Vernon & Sandy out for breakfast earlier this week as part of our Resident Spotlight program!
Vernon
Vernon has been a resident here at Knollwood for over a year, he lived most of his life in the St. Louis, MO area. He has been able to experience many different occupations including doing some picking at yard sales and thrift shops! He spent many years helping his brother run Lumay Gun & Pawn Shop up until his retirement. Vernon’s advice for everyone is “Get closer to God.”
Sandy
Sandy has been a resident with us for just under a year. She was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Sandy was married for many years and got the unique experience of traveling the world with her husband while he served in the US Air Force. Sandy’s advice for everyone is to “Always have faith.”
We’re happy to have both Vernon and Sandy here at Knollwood as an integral part of our community!
