This Thursday at Knollwood, we gathered around the table for our annual pre-Thanksgiving feast, and our hearts were as full as our plates. We are truly grateful for life and so thankful to be part of the wonderful lives we touch… and who touch ours right back every single day.
Dining together is one of life’s simplest pleasures. When we gather, we share good food, good conversations, and even better company. And that spirit of togetherness. At Knollwood, it’s something we celebrate all year long.
The dining room presentation and the taste of the food were amazing! Thank you to Angela and her incredible team for always making every experience so amazing.
Our meal was a truly well-prepared feast featuring traditional Thanksgiving favorites, turkey, homemade dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce, ham, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cakes, pies, and an assortment of other desserts. They even added beloved staples such as mac and cheese and sweet potato casserole.
Everything was cooked to perfection, absolutely savory. These were recipes clearly passed down through generations, and the love showed in every bite. Even the rolls were homemade.
